 KATARIA’S RESIDENCE, AMRITSAR HOLY CITY AREA – 260 SQM This Project situated at Holy City Amritsar. This is independent residence and every floor is dedicated for different activity as per the user. Basement is dedicated for gym & office area. Ground floor has a grand opening with double height area with grand sitting lounge with 2 bedrooms, kitchen & formal drawing room. If we talk about the first floor it is connected with staircase as well as lift which bring you to the central sitting lounge with double height space. This floor also consist two bedrooms with attached toilet and mandir. On 2nd floor there is guest bedroom with attached toilet and a store room with huge terrace garden. Building is very fascinating in the whole amritsar with its huge mass structure.

 JINDAL’S FARMHOUSE, PALM VIHAR GURGAON PLOT AREA – 1000 SQM This Farmouse belongs to Jindal’s the well known name. this project has spread in 1000SQM. The exterior Façade has the exposed brick finish with pitch Roof. Every Floor is dedicated for different activities and users. Ground Floor is dedicated for parent’s with huge entrance foyer and double height area with two bedrooms, kitchen, living area, and dedicated drawing room with sitting 10-15 people. First floor is dedicated for elder son with two bedrooms, office, dedicated drawing room.third floor is dedicated for younger son with two bedrooms, kitchen, sitting lounge and play area. The challenge for us was understand the design taste of every individual. Every person keep different taste so every floor has different design style.

Due to urbanization, we have almost finished our horizontal spaces, so we have to go vertically for habitation.
